Professor Kernkampweg 8

Right in the heart of Curacao, between the Emancipatie Boulevard and the Schottegatweg is a charming neighborhood where we are now able to offer a vllla for rent. The district is characterized by its very central location, close to all schools and many businesses . But despite that, in the middle of all the activity, the district is called nice and quiet. The best of both worlds.

The villa is built behind high walls so the house has a lot of privacy. In the garden there is a large pool of about 12 meters by 4 meters. Behind the pool is an outdoor bar for entertainment.

The porch overlooks the first part of the pool which is framed with stone pavements. The garden has low maintainance, thanks to the deep well and the applied irrigation system.

The secure home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms . The spacious kitchen has an oven , dishwasher , stove and refrigerator . There is plenty of storage both in the kitchen as well as in all the rooms . The bathrooms are spacious and one is equipped with a bathtub.

Under the house is a spacious studio with seperate bathroom that can be used as an office and / or used as guest accommodation.

The villa has 110 and 220 volt outlets and there is air conditioning in all bedrooms . On your own terrain, you can easily park multiple cars under te coverd area.

Pets considered.
