This eye catching architect designed villa was built in 2010 and is situated at one of the highest points of the neighborhood Bottelier, in between Willemstad and Jan Thiel Bay. Bottelier is a quiet residential area which has an excellent location close to schools, different shopping areas, supermarkets and beaches. The concrete paved driveway leads you to the villa. The villa has two large single garages and space to park three to four more cars. When entering the house on the first floor you will be impressed by the high ceiling living room and beautiful open kitchen. The cooking island with granite counter top is a real eye catcher and also serves as a bar for a quick breakfast or lunch.
