Kaya Papillon 28

Jan Thiel is one of the most popular districts of Curacao. Located close to beaches like Jan Thiel Beach and Seaquarium Beach, but also close to supermarket (AH) and gym. An area that only becomes more popular, partly because of the beautiful nature which it borders.

In this district on a large corner plot on Kaya Papilon this villa is built. Upon entering the house you find yourself in a cozy living room with an open kitchen. The modern kitchen has a nice garden view.

In the house there are 3 bedrooms of which 2 have a large kind of space which easily can be turned into an extra bedroom. There are 3 bathrooms and of course all new air conditioners. At several spots you’ll find build in closets.

Attached to the villa is an apartment / office. It has a private entrance and a private porch. Ideal for guests, a live-in, as an office space or for vacation rental.

In the backyard there is a great pool (5,5 x 11) with diving board! Beside the pool is a romantic palapa built which it is very nice to relax in. The pool pump is only 1 year old.

Parking is on site, there is at least 4 cars spaces and the entry to the parking of course is automatically.

The entire house was recently refurbished. So there are all new tiles, the bathrooms are built according to the latest trends and everything is neatly painted. Throughout the house you’ll find hanging ceiling fans and there is an alarmsystem. There is both a 220 V and 110 volts electrical system. Throughout the (maintenance-free) garden, outside lighting is installed that automatically turns on.
